The "Funabashi Multilingual Information Center at the 11th window on the 1st floor of Funabashi City Hall.
The window is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (even during lunch break). However, it is closed on public holidays and the year-end and New Year holidays.

- About 15 minutes on foot from JR Funabashi Station; OR about 13 minutes on foot from Keisei Main Line Keisei Funabashi Station
- From JR Funabashi Station South Exit Bus Stop No.2, take the bus bound for "Nishi-Funabashi Station", get off at "Funabashi City Office" and walk for about 1 minute
- Take the bus bound for “Keisei Funabashi Station” or “Funabashi City Office” from JR Nishi-Funabashi Station North Exit Bus Stop No.5, get off at “Funabashi City Office” and walk for about 1 minute
