  • City Hall is currently not offering any English conversation classes.
    However, there are many private volunteer groups and civic circles active in this area, so we would like to introduce some of them.

    ★Participate in language clubs held at each community center There are 26 community centers in Funabashi City, where residents carry out various cultural activities, sports, and recreational activities. There are also clubs for learning foreign languages. Each community center publishes information about the clubs, so if you are interested, please contact the community center.

    ★Funabashi City International Association foreign language courses (for high school students and above)
    English, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc. Practical conversation, beginner and intermediate courses are available. There are two courses, one in person and one online, with 10 lessons per week.

  • The city hall does not currently have a business to communicate in English on a regular basis.

    "Funabashi Multilingual" is an example of a private foreign language conversation club.

    This is not just a gathering of English-speaking people, but it is a foreign language conversation club that is active mainly at the Working Citizens Center and Central Public Hall in Funabashi City as a place for communication with Japanese people. (Paid)
